  • Aelita PMU artist operates by appointments only. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to follow our policies and terms of service.

  • For all new appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

LATE POLICY:

  • Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. If you are running late for your appointment, please inform us via text us at (206) 234-9521. We provide a 15-minute grace period. Over 15 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:

  • Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.

SERVICE DEPOSITS:

  • A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. 

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

  • We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (aelita.pmu@gmail.com). After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:

  • Ombre Powder Brows and Lip Blushing are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows or lips to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. 

  • Aelita PMU artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime.

  • All treatments and products are non-refundable.

  • Our clients must be at least 18 years of age. We DO NOT perform our procedures on pregnant or nursing women. By law, we cannot allow children under the age of 18 in the procedure area. Pets are not allowed in our salon except for service animals.

TOUCH UP SESSION:

  • Please note that you may only appear for the Touch Up Session if you had the initial work done by me.

  • All Permanent Makeup service is a 2-step process, and a first touch up/perfecting session is recommended 4 to 8 weeks after the initial treatment. It is normal/common to have spots where the pigment did not retain, therefore the touch up/perfecting session is essential to assess your healed results, make any final adjustments, fill in any missing/faded pigment for longer lasting results.

  • Touch ups/perfecting sessions are not included in the initial appointment fee – please make sure to book your touch up/perfecting session in advance.

  • Results vary per person depending on their skin, aftercare, lifestyle, existing brow hair, brow bone structure, and medications taken. Everyone accepts pigment and heals differently.

  • Not following before and after care will compromise your results.

  • Pre-care instructions are available to every client following confirmation of their appointment. It is your responsibility to read and follow all the instructions. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment.
